Our client, a leading Welsh education organisation, is seeking a proactive and organised administrator to join their team. The Role

  • Provide advice and guidance on Welsh-medium education processes and procedures to a range of stakeholders.
  • Deliver high-quality administrative support across a variety of projects and activities.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external contacts.
  • Collect, analyse, and report on data to support informed decision-making.
  • Help identify and implement improvements to processes and ways of working.
  • Support colleagues with Welsh-medium education matters and initiatives.
  • Create engaging social media content to promote the team's activities and achievements.

About You

  • Fluent Welsh language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Welsh and English.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role.
  • Excellent organisational and customer service skills.
  • The ability to communicate complex information clearly and professionally.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the confidence to use your initiative.
  • The ability to prioritise workloads and work independently to deadlines.
  • An interest in promoting Welsh language and education initiatives, including through social media.
