We are currently recruiting for a professional and welcoming Receptionist to join a prestigious client site in Cambridge.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a professional environment, has excellent communication skills, and takes pride in providing a high standard of customer service. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring everyone receives a warm and professional welcome.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff
- Welcome and sign in visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct telephone calls and enquiries
- Manage visitor access and reception procedures
- Handle general reception and administrative duties
- Maintain a smart, professional, and welcoming reception area
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Communicate effectively with clients, visitors, and colleagues
Requirements
- Previous reception, front-of-house, or customer service experience is desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, friendly, and approachable manner
- Smart presentation suitable for a professional environment
- Reliable, punctual, and well organised
- Confident using computers and standard office systems
- Fluent English with strong verbal and written communication skills
