You'll be the friendly, reliable point of contact supporting users to navigate the justice process and ensuring day-to-day court administration runs smoothly.
What you'll be doing:
- Undertaking administrative tasks to prepare for, facilitate, and help complete hearing activity
- Providing support and signposting users and stakeholders via face-to-face, telephone (incoming and outbound), and correspondence in a range of formats
- Using service scripts and knowledge articles to give clear, consistent, and specific information - especially to users with complex needs
- Following complaints policies and procedures, responding promptly to help prevent escalation, and keeping records updated as required
- Processing work accurately using standard operating procedures to meet performance targets and maintain service standards
- Handling case files with careful data entry, secure information management, and compliance with retention and data loss protocols
- Managing jury service administration, including selection, deferral, reassignment, attendance tracking, and processing related expenses and court fees
- Assisting with listing and scheduling to support efficient use of judicial time and responsiveness to urgent matters
- Supporting enforcement processes, including financial assessments, fine collection assistance, and producing basic statistical/financial reports
- Helping with health and safety operations, including facility checks, issue logging, and supporting key/safety governance under guidance
