Are you passionate about making a difference for people experiencing homelessness? We are looking for a Waking Night Support Worker to join our team in Bristol, supporting a hostel service for 15 long-term homeless men and women.
About the Role
As a Waking Night Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of residents overnight. Your duties will include:
- Providing emotional support to residents.
- Carrying out property inspections and maintaining a safe environment.
- Preparing the hostel for the morning handover.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 6 months relevant experience in homelessness, housing support, or similar.
- Ability to provide 3 years of referencing.
- Enhanced DBS (ideally registered on the Update Service).
