Are you a customer service advisor looking for your next temporary role? I am currently looking for enthusiastic and committed Customer Services Advisors on behalf of my client in Borehamwood.

Responsibilities

  • Answer calls and emails from the public in a professional and timely manner.
  • Follow enquiries through to completion wherever possible and deliver the service to the best possible standards of customer care.
  • Undertake any follow-up administrative work associated with the operation of the Customer Service Centre.
  • Update Customer Service Centre information systems as required.

Role details

  • The role is a full time temporary position (36 hours per week) for around 12 weeks, paying £14.90 per hour.
  • Hours: Monday to Thursday 9am to 5.15pm and Friday 9am to 5pm.
  • Location: Borehamwood. There is parking on site, and the workplace is accessible by public transport.
