Working Days / Hours: 37 hours Monday - Friday
Working Pattern: 9:00am - 5:00pm, with flexibility around working hours, provided court operating hours are adequately covered

Are you organised, confident with information and systems, and at your best when details are right? Our Client is hiring an Admin Officer to support contract administration for a busy custodial estates and facilities environment-keeping governance, reporting and records moving smoothly so services can be delivered efficiently.
What you'll be doing:
- Support contract administration for the region and services delivered to establishments within it
- Monitor reactive repairs and verify completion against contractor submissions through relevant platforms
- Help collate monthly lists of additional (non-contract) tasks and support submissions to senior stakeholders
- Support collection of financial information for agreed additional spend and related requests
- Maintain registers for out-of-hours call-out requests, ensuring costs are identified and challenged at establishment level
- Record and track changes to tasks/assets using relevant systems, and submit approved notifications
- Assist with maintaining task order and compensation event logs
- Contribute to audit/compliance and official correspondence to support governance and performance
What you'll bring:
- Strong drive, resilience, and the ability to work accurately-especially under pressure
- Good analytical and IT skills, with confidence working with systems and data
- Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate clearly with multiple stakeholders
- A risk-aware approach to issues and follow-through on actions
- A willingness to build a strong understanding of the TFM contract processes and NEC3 provisions quickly
- Commercial and financial awareness to support budget-related information gathering
