Brook Street is working with our client in Belfast who is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join their expanding team.

Duties

  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail to ensure containers are correctly booked in and out
  • Liaise with external hauliers to ensure customer requirements are met
  • Communicate with customers to handle requests and queries efficiently and effectively
  • Manage container stock, including movements in/out, rotation, and stock checks
  • Use Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Access
  • Communicate with customers via email and phone, providing accurate daily reporting
  • Maintain and enforce high standards of health and safety for all staff and visitors

Essential Criteria

  • Ability to make quick decisions and work efficiently under pressure
  • Good numeracy and communication skills
  • PC literate
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines

Desirable

  • Forklift licence

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, between 7:30am and 5:00pm

Salary

£30,000 per annum
