Transport Compliance Coordinator -Beaconsfield
We're looking for a proactive and organised
Transport Compliance Coordinator to support the safe, legal and efficient management of a nationwide fleet of HGV and light commercial vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate vehicle maintenance, MOTs and inspections
- Maintain accurate vehicle and driver compliance records
- Monitor vehicle defects and VOR cases
- Liaise with workshops, suppliers and service providers
- Support driver compliance, tachograph and training records
- Produce compliance reports and KPI data
What We're Looking For:
- Experience within transport, fleet, logistics or compliance administration
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate records
- Full UK driving licence
