Brook Street (UK) Ltd is seeking a talented Band 3 Secretary to join our client in Downpatrick. This full-time position offers a fantastic opportunity for a 3 month period with a possibility of extension. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM Rate of Pay: £11.67 per hour, with weekly pay. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support, including appointment scheduling, managing waiting lists, and maintaining filing systems. Maintain standards of confidentiality regarding all information held in respect of service users and professional staff. Manage referrals for the multi-disciplinary team efficiently using Trust systems and databases. Maintain patient records, manage stock supplies, and assist in producing required statistics. Requirements: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word. At least one year of administrative experience. Five GCSEs including Maths and English at grade C or above.
