Brook Street is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of NIMDTA for a Business Management Administrator to join their busy and supportive team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator seeking a varied role within the Health & Social Care sector, supporting the delivery of postgraduate medical and dental training across Northern Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing Medical and Dental Trainee Study Leave applications and travel expense claims.
- Managing shared inboxes and responding to enquiries from trainees and stakeholders.
- Supporting procurement, contracts and financial administration processes.
- Coordinating venue bookings, travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Maintaining databases, records and registers, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Assisting with performance reporting and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Providing reception cover and acting as a professional first point of contact for visitors and callers.
- Supporting the wider Business Management Team and providing cover when required.
Essential Criteria
- Previous administrative experience within a busy office environment.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.
- Strong customer service skills and a professional approach.
