Finance Co-ordinator

Permanent opportunity based in the Ammanford area, onsite parking working Monday to Friday

We're looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Rebate Co-ordinator to join a busy finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, building supplier relationships, and ensuring financial processes run efficiently.

The Role

As Rebate Co-ordinator, you'll take ownership of the company's rebate administration processes, ensuring all supplier rebates are accurately recorded, reconciled, claimed, and received on time. You'll work closely with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and buying groups to maximise rebate recovery and maintain accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and administer rebate databases and online buying group systems
  • Reconcile rebate accounts and ensure all outstanding rebates are claimed and received promptly
  • Liaise directly with suppliers to resolve discrepancies and manage rebate claims
  • Act as the primary contact for rebate-related matters with buying groups
  • Calculate and administer internal claim-back processes and supplier support claims
  • Generate and manage inter-company invoices where required
  • Produce accurate monthly, year-end, and outstanding rebate reports
  • Support supplier meetings and build strong supplier relationships
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Additional Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support across the business
  • Assist with customer payment processing when required
  • Support customer service and telephone enquiries on a rota basis
  • Authorise customer orders relating to credit limits or margin exceptions where necessary
  • Assist with incoming post distribution on a rota basis

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical skills
  • Experience with reconciliations, reporting, or financial administration
  • Strong organisational and communication abilities
  • Confidence building relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Good Excel and database management skills
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement

This role would suit an experienced finance administrator, rebate administrator, accounts assistant, or someone looking to develop their career within a finance-focused environment.
