This company based in Salford needs an enthusiastic administrator to join them working in the Administration Department This is a permanent position and the starting salary is £26,000 plus overtime. A uniform is provided. The duties are: _ Answering the telephone and dealing with students queries, directing calls to the appropriate department. Processing orders and completing quotes with in a time limit. Sending e-mails and replying back to queries. Booking delivery slots Taking payments over the phone. Candidates should have a good administration background, excellent communication skills, good IT/Computer skills and be able to deal with people at all levels. Be a good team player and willing to help out in areas when required.
