What Will Be Your Day-to-Day Tasks?
You will deliver a range of administrative and coordination tasks to maintain an efficient and high-performing service, including:
- Managing shared inboxes, prioritising and answering enquiries promptly and accurately
- Maintaining digital documents and records to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Conducting payment tracing and carrying out financial reconciliation activities
- Creating and preparing electronic folders and files in accordance with internal processes
- Setting up and issuing secure file transfer links in line with data protection procedures
- Managing and updating information within SharePoint to maintain effective document control
- Utilising the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams) to complete operational tasks efficiently
