Location: Sheffield (Hybrid Working)
Pay: £14.87 per hour
Job Type: Temporary

Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday – Friday)

What Will Be Your Day-to-Day Tasks?

You will deliver a range of administrative and coordination tasks to maintain an efficient and high-performing service, including:

  • Managing shared inboxes, prioritising and answering enquiries promptly and accurately
  • Maintaining digital documents and records to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Conducting payment tracing and carrying out financial reconciliation activities
  • Creating and preparing electronic folders and files in accordance with internal processes
  • Setting up and issuing secure file transfer links in line with data protection procedures
  • Managing and updating information within SharePoint to maintain effective document control
  • Utilising the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams) to complete operational tasks efficiently
