Brook Street is excited to announce a vacancy for a Administrative Services Officer. This pivotal role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to Project Leads and Project Managers within the Regional Mental Health Service. Title: Administrative Services Officer Location: Can be based at either (Ballymena, Armagh, Belfast or Derry) Salary: £12.86 per hour, paid weekly Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (temporary ongoing basis) Key Responsibilities Provide essential support including typing, photocopying, and managing diary responsibilities. Handle email, telephone, and other inquiries effectively, ensuring proper messaging and follow-up actions are executed. Organise and service meetings for Project Boards, Teams, and Subgroups: Produce accurate minutes. Circulate agendas and minutes promptly. Coordinate actions required from meetings to meet deadlines. Arrange meetings via Teams or in-person as necessary, including issuing electronic invites and booking venues.
