Admin Assistant
Location: Northampton Magistrates\β Court, Wellingborough Magistrates\β Court, Northampton Combined Court Lady\βs Lane
OFFICE BASED
Hourly rate: Β£12.95 per hour
Working Days/Hours: 37hrs per week. Monday β Friday 8am β 5pm
Contract: This is a temporary position for 7 months, but may be extended pending performance and business needs.
Responsibilities
- In-court management of court-users
- Serving customers in the courthouse
- Setting up courtrooms
- Judicial liaison
- Supporting Court Clerks
- General administrative duties
- Assisting and serving jurors in court building
Clearance Level
Enhanced DBS (to be applied for by Brook Street upon a successful application)
Training
No annual leave during training period. On-the-job training will be provided, with duration tailored to the learner.
Additional Clearance
Any period of 6 months or longer spent outside of the UK in the last 5 years will require an additional overseas police check, the responsibility of the candidate to provide.
