The predicted salary is between 28800 - 42000 Β£ per year.
This is a full-time position working 35 hours per week on a 3-month temporary basis.
This position will be hybrid with a minimum of 2 days in the office, hours will be within 8AM-6PM.
This role is responsible for the administration in the shared service centre, assisting in the delivery of local Key Performance Indicators and service level agreements within Network Rail Shared Services in accordance with statutory, regulatory, contractual, customs & excise, and group policy and regulations.
Skills and Experience:
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Excel experience.
- Problem-solving and decision-making.
- Resolving complaints and queries.
- MUST have experience of data entry in a fast-paced environment.
The chosen applicant will be required to undergo 3 years of referencing and a basic DBS.
