Are you an organised administrator, looking for a temporary contract? Do you have experience working within a busy and fact paced role? Our client, an established claims company, is looking for an administration assistant to join them on a three month contract. Working within a team of four people, you will be given full training on the company and their products. Salary: £13 per hour, weekly pay Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30am to 16:30pm, working in the office with potential to work from home in future You will be responsible for: – managing the inbox and sending out replies – chasing external teams for responses – record complaints recieved and monitor progress – draft letters – draft claims offers for approval – other administrative duties You will have: – a strong background in administration – excellent organisational skills – strong IT literacy – drive and enthusiasm – a passion for customer services Salary: £13 per hour, weekly pay Hours: 08:30am to 16:30pm, working in the office with potential to work from home in future Apply today for an immediate telephone conversation!
