Administration Officer (AO) - Lincoln Magistrates Court
Location: Lincoln, LN5 7QA
Working Days / Hours: 37 Hours
Working Pattern: Full time in Office
Pay Rate: Β£13.25
Level of Clearance Required: Standard/Enhanced
What you'll be doing:
- Prepare for and support court hearings, including courtroom and case administration.
- Carry out ushering duties, welcoming and directing court users, witnesses, legal representatives, and judiciary.
- Provide face-to-face, telephone, and email support to court users and stakeholders.
- Process casework, maintain accurate records, and update court systems.
- Support jury administration, court listings, and judicial business activities.
- Handle confidential information in line with HMCTS procedures.
- Assist with health and safety checks and identify operational risks within the court building.
