  • Handle enquiries at the counter (face to face), and by telephone and in writing-delivering a "right first time" service
  • Liaise with relevant parties to schedule, serve documents and execute appropriate processes, including handling payment by chip and pin where needed
  • Verify and check documents, records, accounts, claims and returns to ensure compliance and quality standards
  • Contribute to team information board (TIB) meetings and support continuous improvement, including assessing the impact of new systems/processes

Additional information:

  • Lean principles and continuous improvement are part of day-to-day working-so you'll be supported to use discretion and initiative within set processes (SOPS)
  • While you'll be based at a specific office, flexibility may be required to help at other local sites on an ad hoc basis
  • Some roles may include regular contact with members of the Judiciary and the legal profession
