Administrative Officers are assigned to teams to carry out a variety of general administrative duties You will be processing Jury summons, using a bespoke IT database along with Microsoft Office products. Been on a telephone rota to answer calls to Juror with queries about their Jury service: Detail-oriented, possess strong organisational skills Delivery of excellent telephone and customer service skills Dealing with customer service queries and inputting data using internal systems We anticipate a large volume of applicants so if you have not been contacted directly within 7-14 days please presume you have been unsuccessful.
