Our Client is hiring for a reputed client at the Asylum & Immigration Tribunal in Feltham, offering a stable, people-focused role with a real sense of purpose.
What you'll be doing
- Preparing papers, files and documents for court/tribunal hearings and meetings
- Supporting clerking and ensuring materials are up to date and ready for proceedings
- Creating and updating records, data input, post opening and dispatch
- Handling enquiries face to face, by telephone and in writing, with a helpful, professional approach
- Booking and organising meeting rooms, agendas, joining instructions and handouts
- Processing and checking casework paperwork, orders, claims, fines and fees accurately
- Verifying documents and records against criteria, procedures and quality standards
- Collecting and assembling information for returns, results and routine reporting
- Producing basic statistical analysis and running straightforward reports where required
- Contributing to team information board (TIB) meetings and supporting small continuous improvement work
What you'll bring
- Excellent customer service skills and a "right first time" mindset
- Strong administration capability, including accurate document handling, filing and records maintenance
- Confidence working with computer systems and completing data input tasks
- Ability to follow guidelines and instructions, while using discretion and initiative within set processes
- Effective communication skills when dealing with members of the judiciary, court users, and other stakeholders
- A team-oriented approach, with the ability to manage your own time and meet workload targets
- Flexibility to support ad hoc needs within the wider local office network
