Admin officer : Our client HM Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS) is an agency of the Ministry of Justice. From some of the most vulnerable people in our society, to families in crisis, claimants and commercial businesses HMCTS has a responsibility to administer a justice system that is accessible to everyone and operates efficiently Brook street are recruiting for an Admin officer to work in Loughborough city centre This a temporary position until 31.03.2025 but one in which you would be able to gain valuable exposure/experience working within the Public Sector. 37 hours per week between 8.30am – 5.30pm Pay rate £11.88 per hour Key Responsibilities: ” Customer service via telephone ” Progress Cases through the Court/Tribunal system and provide support to other functions in HMCTS ” Problem Solving.
