Brook Street Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join their busy and fast-paced operation in Morley. This is a hands-on role offering variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to become a key part of a successful logistics team. If you're an experienced warehouse professional with a Counterbalance FLT licence and enjoy working in a busy environment where no two days are the same, we'd love to hear from you. The role: Monday to Friday Full-time permanent position Location: Morley, Leeds Salary: From Β£27,000 per annum DOE! Hours: Shifts rotate on a weekly basis. 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 7am-4pm and 10am-7pm, with some Saturday working as overtime. Receiving deliveries, checking quantities and conditions of goods, and completing all associated paperwork. Picking, packing, and dispatching products in line with customer requirements. Putting away stock into designated warehouse locations and racking. Carrying out stock checks and inventory counts when required. Maintaining accurate stock records and warehouse documentation. Inspecting goods for damages, discrepancies, or shortages. Operating FLT Counterbalance and Reach trucks to move, load, and store products. Liaising with drivers, subcontractors, and internal teams regarding deliveries and collections. Completing safety checks on warehouse equipment and facilities. Supporting site maintenance and ensuring excellent housekeeping standards throughout the warehouse and yard. Adhering to all health and safety procedures and company policies. Skills
