Our client is seeking a passionate Cluster Team Manager to oversee multiple services across Hertfordshire. The Role
As Team Leader, you\’ll provide strong leadership and operational oversight across a portfolio of supported living services. You\’ll be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of person-centred care, staff development, and service delivery. Key responsibilities include: Managing and supporting teams across multiple locations
Overseeing care plans and maintaining compliance with CQC standards
Coaching, mentoring, and developing staff
Liaising with families, professionals, and stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes
Driving service improvements and promoting a culture of excellence
About You
The ideal candidate will bring a blend of leadership ability, compassion, and operational expertise. You\’ll have: A Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
Experience supporting individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and mental health needs
Proven ability to manage teams and deliver outstanding care standards
A passion for empowering others and promoting independence
