We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate support worker to join our team providing essential care for young residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the young people with day-to-day activities, including personal care, education, and social engagement.
- Support with day and sleep-in shifts as part of your role, ensuring the safety and well-being of the resident overnight.
- Work as part of a therapeutic care team, delivering tailored support to help the young people thrive.
Requirements:
- Residential Childcare Level 3 qualification (or equivalent).
- Previous therapeutic care experience is desirable.
- Experience in working in Children Residential settings.
- A valid driver's license is required for this position.
- Up to date Enhanced DBS Adult/Child workforce, must be on the update service.
