We are looking for a motivated and experienced Support Team Leader / Service Manager to oversee our 6 bed supported living service in North Tyneside. The service supports people with learning disabilities, mental health needs, complex needs, and some mobility issues, helping them live as independently as possible in a safe, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of support staff, ensuring high standards of care and support are delivered consistently.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop staff to promote a culture of continuous learning.
