Are you an experienced Support Worker looking for a rewarding outreach role where every day makes a difference? We are looking for a female Outreach Support Worker to support adults with learning disabilities and/or mental health needs in the community.
What you will be doing:
- Providing 1:1 outreach support, helping people maintain independence, build confidence, and enjoy meaningful activities.
- Engaging with service users who are active and enjoy being out and about - walks, social activities, and community involvement are all part of the role.
About you:
- Manage complex needs with confidence and compassion.
- Support adults with learning disabilities and/or mental health issues.
- Work independently - experience in domiciliary care or lone working is highly desirable.
- Drive and have access to your own car.
- Communicate clearly in English - due to the needs of some service users.
- Be comfortable supporting younger, active individuals.
