Job description: Mobile fitter responsible for maintaining specialist site equipment used on major house building and construction sites. Responsible for training customers' operatives in the safe use of this equipment. Key customer service role.
Key Responsibilities:- Working from a fully equipped mobile workshop, you will be responsible for servicing and repairing specialist industrial equipment.
- Full training will be given providing you with an extensive skill set spanning both mechanical and electrical disciplines.
- You will also be responsible for training our customers' operatives in the use of the equipment using a structured training system.
- Customer care will be your principal priority in ensuring market leading service.
- Full UK driving licence suitable for 3.5T van (to use personally if required).
- Previous mechanical or electrical fitting experience would be beneficial but full training will be given.
- Ability to communicate effectively within a key customer service role.
Hours are standard Mon-Fri, 6am - 4pm with overtime paid at time and half. Occasional Saturday mornings are required at busy times. This role is mainly remote, where you will carry out jobs from your home address to location, organising your workload.
Basic salary is £35k+
