About the Role
You\’ll work in a warm, inclusive 3-bed residential home for children aged 8-18. Your job: lead shifts, guide staff, and make sure every child feels safe, supported, and heard.
Shifts:
- 7:30-20:00
- 9:30-21:30
- Sleep-ins: 22:00-10:30 next day ? 2-week rolling rota with every 2nd weekend off

- Lead care planning & risk assessments
