Working for an established provider of care for children and young people who deliver quality accommodation, care and support for children and young people within care and leaving care.
We require an RI to join their team working on a part time basis across two children homes in Lancashire.
The role:
- To work across 2 children homes providing support to the RM's in delivering the highest quality of care to the children & young people.
- To offer a strategic oversight with a hands on approach in ensuring that all OFSTED standards and regulations are adhered to and ensure all compliance and safeguarding protocol is adhered to.
- Work with and lead the RMs to ensure they work to the same goals and deliver the best possible outcomes for the children and young people.
- Work in Partnership with OFSTED.
- Attend meetings, produce accurate reports, and liaise with all relevant professionals, agencies and colleagues.
The ideal Candidate:
- You will bring experience of managing a children home together with sound knowledge and understanding of all OFSTED guidelines, and legislation.
- Level 5 Leadership & Management, plus Level 3 in CYP.
- A professional and positive approach with the ability to lead teams and work to common outcomes and goals.
- Empathetic and calm with the ability to motivate teams to help deliver the best quality of care for the young people.
