Are you driven by high standards in care? We\’re seeking a Quality & Compliance Field Professional to champion best practice across supported living, residential, respite and day services in the Black Country area .
In this vital role, you\’ll:
- Conduct internal audits (CQC, medication, H&S, safeguarding)
- Lead on incident investigations and risk assessments
- Monitor compliance with MAR sheets, care plans, and training records
- Deputise for site managers and liaise with external professionals
- Promote a culture of safety, transparency, and continuous improvement
What you\’ll bring:
