We are recruiting on behalf of a growing and well-established company in the centre of Brighton! They are looking for motivated and dynamic sales professionals to join their friendly contact centre team.
Responsibilities:
- Making daily outbound calls to existing customers to upsell on the company's products and services.
- Answering inbound calls from customers with product enquiries.
- Delivering excellent customer service with a focus on retention.
- Providing in depth product knowledge.
