Brook Street Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business seeking a skilled Industrial Paint Sprayer to join their growing production team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced paint professional looking to work within a modern, fast-paced environment where quality and craftsmanship are highly valued.

Working as part of the production team, you'll be responsible for preparing, coating, and finishing a range of industrial components to the highest standards, ensuring every product meets strict quality requirements.

Hours: 7:00am- 3:30pm Competitive hourly rate between £14.00 to £16.00 Private medical insurance.

Full-time, Temp to Perm Opportunities for training, development, and career progression.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces for painting through cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming.

Apply industrial coatings using spray equipment to achieve a high-quality finish.

Set up, operate, and maintain spray guns, compressors, and associated equipment.

Mix paints and coatings accurately in line with product specifications.

Carry out quality inspections to ensure consistency, coverage, and finish standards are achieved.

Follow all health and safety procedures when handling paints, coatings, and solvents.

Support wider production and fabrication activities when required.

Maintain a clean and organised work area.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience as an Industrial Paint Sprayer, Wet Paint Sprayer, Powder Coater, or Spray Painter.

Strong understanding of surface preparation and coating application techniques.

Ability to work from specifications and quality standards.

Good attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.

Basic numeracy skills for measurements, paint mixing, and calculations.

A positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
