Job Responsibilities

  • Provide intensive 'End to End' support for individuals who are rough sleeping with complex needs.
  • Advocate and enable access to appropriate services, including housing, by collaborating with existing delivery structures and local networks.
  • Work as an outreach worker to assist individuals facing complex needs such as housing issues, substance misuse, offending behaviour, mental health, and physical health challenges.
  • Facilitate one-to-one and group interventions to help clients address problematic alcohol and drug use.
  • Support individuals in the community to foster positive lifestyle changes that aid in their recovery.
  • Build resilience and confidence in clients, equipping them with personal and social assets to meet their aspirations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in outreach work or support services for individuals with complex needs.
  • Strong understanding of issues related to homelessness, substance misuse, mental health, and offending behaviour.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
