We are looking for a compassionate, driven, and experienced Team Leader to join our Supported Living Services in Ferryhill, County Durham. Our services provide high-quality supported living and outreach support for adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and complex needs. The Role: As a Team Leader, you will work closely with senior management to assess support needs, implement person-centred plans, and help drive continuous improvement in care quality.
You will:
- Lead, support, and inspire staff across multiple services
- Ensure high-quality, person-centred support is delivered at all times
- Support positive outcomes for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs

You will have:
