As a Graduate Client Account Manager you will play an important role in reviewing new client enquiries, conducting research and due diligence, and supporting senior consultants by preparing detailed case information and insights.
What You'll Be Doing
- Client Engagement & Relationship Building
- Act as the first point of contact for new client enquiries via phone and email
- Conduct structured conversations to understand client's circumstances and objectives
- Explain services clearly and professionally while answering general enquiries
- Arrange consultations with senior consultants
- Deliver a positive and professional client experience throughout the onboarding process
- Analysis & Due Diligence
- Gather and review client information to support the assessment process
- Conduct due diligence checks and research activities
- Analyse information and identify key trends, risks, or opportunities
- Prepare accurate case summaries and supporting documentation for senior consultants
- Ensure all information is complete, accurate, and compliant
- CRM & Data Management
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions within the CRM system
- Update and manage client files efficiently
- Monitor enquiry pipelines and ensure timely follow-up actions
- Produce reports and updates where required
- Working with Senior Consultants
- Support senior colleagues by preparing and presenting qualified cases
- Provide relevant insights and information to assist with strategy development
- Communicate outcomes and next steps to clients when appropriate
- Collaborate closely with team members across the business

Essential Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
