Registered Manager – Children\’s Residential
Location: Cardiff
Salary: Up to £48,000 per annum + bonus
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Contract: Permanent

We\’re looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a well-established children\’s home in Cardiff. You\’ll oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards of care, compliance, and team performance in a trauma-informed, child-centred environment.
You will support young people with complex needs, including Autism, Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), and those at risk of Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE).
What You\’ll Do
Lead the home in line with RISCA, safeguarding, and inspection frameworks
Manage staff recruitment, supervision, and development
Act as Designated Safeguarding Officer
Oversee care planning, behaviour support, and risk management
Promote a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment
Drive continuous improvement and service development
What We\’re Looking For
Level 5 Health and Social Care – Children & Young People
Registered with Social Care Wales and DBS Update Service (preferred)
Minimum 2 years\’ experience managing a children\’s residential home (preferred)
