Pay: £12.86 per hour

Hybrid working (after training): 3 days in the office / 2 days from home

Training: Full training provided (initial programme may last up to 10 weeks). During training, attendance is office-based 5 days per week.

Security clearance: Basic SC clearance required (Costs covered by the hiring process).

What you'll be doing:

  • Working as part of a team to carry out full reviews of vetting applications, including identity verification and information checks.
  • Responding to enquiries and obtaining additional information from vetting subjects, sponsors, and other stakeholders via email and telephone.
  • Handling sensitive customer information securely and confidentially at all times.
  • Delivering a high-quality, customer-focused service while learning and applying the end-to-end vetting process.
  • Supporting colleagues and applications through appropriate actions and interventions.
  • Moving between different administrative duties as required to meet business needs.
  • Making impartial, well-reasoned decisions in line with process requirements.
  • Working at pace to meet targets without compromising quality.
