Finance administrator . Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and operational support in a fast-paced environment. Process sensitive financial and personal data accurately and confidentially. Maintain records and update information across multiple systems. Manage shared mailboxes, telephone enquiries, and customer queries. Liaise with internal teams, stakeholders, delivery partners, and external customers. Process invoices and high-value compensation payments. Ensure compliance with data protection and internal procedures. Support team meetings, training activities, and continuous improvement initiatives. Deliver excellent customer service and manage customer expectations effectively. Essential Skills & Experience We're looking for someone who is: Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment. Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel. Experience handling sensitive financial and personal information. Strong teamwork and stakeholder management skills. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and workload demands. Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Desirable Experience Experience working with financial processes, invoicing, or payments. Experience handling sensitive or confidential information. Knowledge of SharePoint or similar systems.
