Case Assistant (Security Vetting) Location:

Β£12.86 per hour *

Hybrid working (after training):

3 days in the office / 2 days from home *

Training:

Full training provided (initial programme may last up to

10 weeks ). During training, attendance is

office-based 5 days per week *

Security clearance:

Case Assistants

to help deliver the efficient administration and processing of

security clearance applications . This is a friendly, structured role with training provided-ideal if you're looking for a clear path into a responsible, customer-focused operation.

What you'll be doing: * Working as part of a team to carry out

full reviews of vetting applications , including identity verification and information checks *

Responding to enquiries

and obtaining additional information from vetting subjects, sponsors, and other stakeholders via

email and telephone * Handling

sensitive customer information

securely and confidentially at all times * Delivering a

high-quality, customer-focused service

while learning and applying the

end-to-end vetting process * Supporting colleagues and applications through appropriate actions and interventions * Moving between different administrative duties as required to meet business needs * Making

impartial, well-reasoned decisions

in line with process requirements * Working at pace to

meet targets without compromising quality

What you'll bring: *

independently and collaboratively

within a team * Strong IT skills, including

Microsoft Office (Word and Outlook) * Clear

verbal and written communication
