Location - Belfast City Centre

Rate of pay £12.75 per hour

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver high-quality administrative support within the HR department to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of systems and processes.
  • Manage office administration and maintain excellent service standards for staff, customers, and visitors.
  • Prepare professional reports, documents, and proposals for senior staff, offering advice and assistance when required.
  • Support the organisation and administration of training and development programmes - including e-learning, face-to-face sessions, and other professional growth opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records, collate training statistics, and assist in the preparation of departmental reports.
  • Provide guidance to managers and staff on all training and development matters.
  • Support the department's commitment to personal development, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to Investors in People (IIP) initiatives and other quality improvement programmes.
