The Role - Senior Care Assistant (Elderly Care)
- Deliver outstanding elderly care in line with person-centred care plans
- Lead and support Care Assistants on shift
- Complete and review care plans and risk assessments
- Monitor resident wellbeing and respond to changes in condition
- Liaise with families and healthcare professionals
- Support medication management and ordering
- Participate in on-call duties (as part of a rota)
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards and elderly care regulations
- Conduct supervisions, audits, and support staff development

About You
- Minimum 2 years' experience in health and social care

- Experience at Senior Care Assistant level within elderly care
- Strong communication and leadership skills
