Land, Planning & Technical Administrator Kings Langley | Temporary | Full-Time I am working on behalf of my client, based in Kings Langley , who is looking for a highly organised and proactive Land, Planning & Technical Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis.

Hourly pay of £16.00 Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Land, Planning and Technical teams.

Use COINS software to manage, update and maintain relevant project and technical information.

Process and maintain accurate data and records within COINS.

Maintain accurate records, databases and project documentation.

Assist with planning and technical documents, reports and correspondence.

Coordinate meetings, deadlines and project schedules.

Liaise with internal teams, consultants and external stakeholders.

Track actions, applications and project progress.

Support the team with general administration and ad-hoc tasks.

About You

Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within land, planning, property, construction or a technical environment .

Hands-on experience using COINS is essential.

Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.

Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook.

Proactive, reliable and able to work independently.
