Job Responsibilities:
- Provide practical advice, information, and support on a range of issues including tenancy sustainment, education, employment, and life skills.
- Promote personal independence among service users.
- Support service users in seeking improvements to their mental health and managing physical health problems or substance misuse as required.
- Ensure exemplary, safe, and well-maintained housing for all service users.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, encouraging their participation in decision-making processes.
