Location: Any APHA CSC office (Exeter, Cardiff, Worcester, Stafford, York)
Working Days / Hours: 37 hours
Working Pattern: Primarily Monday-Friday; however, some weekend cover will be required (Hybrid with 60% of time in an office and the remaining time at home - except weekends when it will be homeworking).

What you'll be doing:
- Collating and analysing fairly complex information or data, then submitting results in written reports
- Overseeing administrative procedures and processes to keep work moving efficiently
- Acting as an administrative liaison with internal and/or external contacts
- Preparing routine correspondence with attention to detail and accuracy
- Supporting budget preparation and control if required
- Carrying out tasks under general supervision, with space to apply independent judgement where needed
What you'll bring:
- Experience of administrative work and the ability to follow set procedures confidently
- Strong communication skills - both oral and written
- Good knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office
- The ability to exercise some independent judgement while still working within guidance
- A steady, organised approach to handling information, correspondence, and processes
