Contract Type: full time, temporary assignment initially for 3 months with a possibility for extension.
Hours: Hybrid, Monday-Thursday 9 AM to 5 PM and Friday 9 AM to 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support in a fast-paced environment.
- Process sensitive financial and personal data accurately and confidentially.
- Maintain records and update information across multiple systems.
- Manage shared mailboxes, telephone enquiries, and customer queries.
- Liaise with internal teams, stakeholders, delivery partners, and external customers.
- Process invoices and high-value compensation payments.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and internal procedures.
- Support team meetings, training activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Deliver excellent customer service and manage customer expectations effectively.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Experience handling sensitive financial and personal information.
- Strong teamwork and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and workload demands.

Desirable Experience
- Experience working with financial processes, invoicing, or payments.
- Experience handling sensitive or confidential information.
- Knowledge of SharePoint or similar systems.
