About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and personable German-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our client's team. In this role, you will deliver outstanding customer experiences across multiple communication channels, acting as a trusted advisor while supporting and enhancing the brand's reputation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys helping customers and wants to grow within a supportive, professional environment. Full training is provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions promptly, professionally, and in a friendly manner
- Support customers across multiple channels as a blended agent
- Deliver a high-touch, personalised customer experience
- Answer queries, resolve issues, and recommend services tailored to customer needs
- Promote memberships to non-members and advise on available services
- Accurately capture and maintain customer data
- Identify, highlight, and escalate service-related issues or trends when required
- Meet and maintain individual and team performance targets

- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
