Executive Officer – (3 month contract)
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Executive Officer to provide short term support to an interim CEO on behalf of our client, whilst also supporting the wider management team. This role will ensure effective co-ordination, communication and delivery of key priorities over a 3 month period. Please note this role is fully remote for the 3 month period, so virtual support.
Key responsibilities:-
- Provide high level administrative and executive support to the interim CEO and wider management team.
- Manage scheduling, correspondence and meeting preparation.
- Co-ordinate reporting, documentation and follow up actions.
- Support delivery of strategic projects and initiatives.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders professionally and efficiently.
Requirements:-
- Proven experience in executive support, project co-ordination or a similar role is essential.
- Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and virtual collaboration tools.
- Flexible, proactive and confidential approach.
