Brook Street Recruitment is working on behalf of our Belfast client who are seeking ambitious and motivated Telesales Executives to join a successful and growing business.

The Role
As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for proactively engaging with both new and existing business customers, identifying sales opportunities and converting leads into revenue.
Key responsibilities include:
- Contacting prospective and existing business customers via telephone and email
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Building strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Understanding customer requirements and presenting tailored solutions
- Managing and maintaining an active sales pipeline through the CRM system
- Following up on leads and nurturing opportunities through the sales cycle
- Working towards and exceeding monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Maintaining accurate customer records and activity reports
Criteria
- Experience in B2B sales, telesales, outbound sales or business development
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence engaging with business owners and decision-makers
- Experience using CRM systems
- A motivated, resilient and target-driven attitude
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- A positive and professional approach to sales
