As a Trainee Panel Technician, you will receive hands-on training from experienced professionals, developing the skills needed to repair and replace vehicle body panels to the highest industry standards.
The package
- Full time Perm position
- Monday to Friday (This is a fully Onsite-based role)
- Location: Doncaster DN2
- Hours: 8:00am- 5:00pm (40 hours a week)
- Salary on offer: Β£12.71 Per hour
- 25 days holidays plus bank holidays

The Role
Working as part of a busy and supportive workshop team, you will learn a range of panel repair techniques, from minor cosmetic repairs through to more advanced structural repairs and vehicle alignment work.
Key responsibilities include
- Assisting with the repair and replacement of vehicle body panels.
- Learning panel repair techniques to restore damaged vehicles.
- Supporting technicians with structural repairs, panel fitting, and vehicle reassembly.
- Using specialist tools and equipment under supervision.
- Maintaining high standards of quality and workmanship.
- Following all health and safety procedures.
- Keeping the workshop clean, organised, and efficient.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the site.
- Developing technical knowledge through ongoing training and mentoring.
